creating earrings, stickers, art, and more!much of my work is based on nostalgic media, as well as my own experiences as an artist and teacher. i love to connect with others and make sure that each and every person is seen. the best way for me to do that is through artwork! i sell locally and online, as well as take on custom work by request.as an creator, embracing the label of "kitsch" is something that i have been doing for a long time, even without knowing it. it's often used as an insult to naive or new artists, but it's also used to separate the art world into categories that aren't needed.
art does not have to be done well or with traditional methods to send a message or spread joy. all it needs to do is connect, and that's my goal. i want people to be connected through my art, whether it's a passing moment of joy at seeing something that reminds them of their favorite game, or a conversation started because of the work.on a personal level, my ask for everyone is to make art, even if you don't have experience.
make art, even if other people think its silly.
make art, even if it's not what most people think of as fine art.
just please - make art!
