much of my work is based on nostalgic media, as well as my own experiences as an artist and teacher. i love to connect with others and make sure that each and every person is seen. the best way for me to do that is through artwork!embracing the label of "kitsch" is something that i have been doing for a long time, even without knowing it. it's often used as an insult to naive or new artists, but it's also used to seperate the art world into categories that aren't needed.my ask for everyone is to make art, even if you don't have experience.
